Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science Education
Our team’s research in pharmacy and pharmaceutical science education focuses on preparing graduates for future workplace through approaches that support both personal and professional growth. We explore how students develop a strong professional identity, alongside qualities such as empathy, compassion, and motivation. Another key focus is on innovative teaching and learning approaches—including blended and online learning, serious games, problem-based case discussions—that enhance engagement and bridge theory with practice. We also emphasize collaborative and interdisciplinary education, where mentorship, interprofessional and interdisciplinary learning, and supportive environments foster teamwork and holistic student development.
