We are pleased to share that our students and supervisors have received multiple awards at the International Society of Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy (ISCP) 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting, recognising excellence in cardiovascular and cardiometabolic research, innovation, and clinical pharmacy practice.
Mr Joey Tan Jia Yi (PharmD ’27) received the 2nd Prize, Oral Presentation Award in the Coronary Artery Disease: Acute & Chronic Management category for the presentation titled: “HOPE: Pharmacists – The Allied Health-Oriented Patient-Centered and Technology-Enabled Care for Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients.” The project was conducted under the supervision of A/Prof Doreen Tan Su-Yin as part of the PharmD Project AY25/26.
These awards recognise excellence in research, innovation, and presentation, and reflect the high quality of work undertaken by our students and faculty. The award-winning projects showcase the growing impact of pharmacist-led interventions, pharmacogenomics, collaborative prescribing, and technology-enabled care in improving cardiovascular and cardiometabolic outcomes.
