We are proud to share that Linus Lim Zhengxian has been awarded the Gold Award for Best Poster Presentation at the 2026 Asian Conference of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP).

Linus received this recognition for his poster titled “Health Test, Advise and Go! Initiative: Identifying Predictors of Newly-Discovered and Poorly-Controlled Chronic Diseases following Lay Public Point-of-Care Cardiovascular Risk Assessment,” under the supervision of Dr Doreen Tan Su-Yin from the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Faculty of Science, National University of Singapore.

This award acknowledges the significance of the research in advancing the understanding of factors associated with newly identified and poorly controlled chronic diseases following community-based cardiovascular risk assessment initiatives. The work highlights the value of early detection and intervention strategies in improving public health outcomes. This achievement reflects dedication, scientific excellence, and a commitment to advancing clinical pharmacy research and healthcare innovation.
