Share your #PassionPridePurpose in pharmacy with us!

The year-long 115th anniversary celebration for the Department has kickstarted in February with the 1st instalment of the #PassionPridePurpose contest. This is a series of three contests which will run throughout the year for alumni and friends to share their passion, pride and purpose in pharmacy.

The first contest concluded successfully on 15 March 2020. We are heartened to hear from numerous practising and aspiring pharmacists on their passion, pride and purpose in pharmacy. Many brought up their purpose in serving our patients. Indeed, it is especially evident in the healthcare sector’s commitment to serve during the current trying times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We would like to thank all participants for your enthusiastic sharing. Congratulations to Ms Azrina Tan (Class of ’18) for winning the grand prize of $115 NTUC Fairprice vouchers! Congratulations to the three consolation prize winners as well – they are Ms Junietta Lim (Class of ’22), Mr Sean Ang (Class of ’10), and Mr Jacob Yeo (Class of ’22) who have won $20 NTUC Fairprice vouchers each. Read their submissions here:

You can also read the other impressive submissions on our Facebook (1st post2nd post) and Instagram (1st post2nd post) under the respective post’s comments.

If you missed the chance to join the 1st contest, do keep a lookout on our Facebook and Instagram for details of the 2nd #PassionPridePurpose contest which is slated to run from 15 June 2020 to 15 July 2020. We look forward to hear more #PassionPridePurpose stories from you!
