Research Highlights

Let’s congratulate Dr Alexander Vinogradov for his latest research article published by the Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS) and featured in the FoS website.

His article, published in collaboration with Professor Hiroaki Suga from the University of Tokyo, is titled “Ligand-Enabled Selective Coupling of MIDA Boronates to Dehydroalanine-Containing Peptides and Proteins”. The reported novel chemical reaction enables the precise functionalisation of peptides and proteins which could provide a useful tool for bioconjugation and drug discovery!
