The International Society for the Study of Xenobiotics (ISSX) is a global organization that fosters research and collaboration in the study of foreign compounds such as drugs and chemicals, focusing on their metabolism and impact on biological systems. The 14th International Meeting, held at the Hilton Chicago on South Michigan Avenue, offers a valuable platform for researchers from academia and industry to connect, share insights, and explore advancements in the field.
We are delighted to share that ZHU Xingyu (PhD student of Prof Eric Chan) has awarded second place for her poster titled : CYP2J2*7 Variant Alters Cardiac Electrophysiological Phenotypes and Clinical Arrhythmic Presentations. Her poster has been selected as one of 12 finalists (6 pre-doctoral and 6 post-doctoral) from over 200+ submitted posters for the ISSX 2025 Poster Competition and awarded 2nd Place in the pre-doctoral category.
