Congratulations to Assistant Professor Tian Chong who is part of a team of researchers known as the Molecular Ratcheteers, on being awarded the Organic Chemistry Horizon Prize: Perkin Prize in Physical Organic Chemistry (2023).

A NUS start-up, PharLyfe+, founded by A/Prof Chan Sui Yung and her students, Dr Tan Poh Leng and Ms Chua Qi Shan recently developed easy-to-use oral films that enable painless, efficient, and discreet drug administration, especially for young children or the elderly.

A/Prof Chan Sui Yung together with Ms Tan Poh Leng (PhD student) and Ms Chua Qi Shan (final-year Pharmacy student) have developed medicated films, a painless and effective way to administer medications. This innovative solution is created by their very own start-up company focusing on drug delivery, Phar-Lyfe+.
