Congratulations to NUS Pharmaceutical Society Essential Medicines Committee (EMed) for receiving the North West School Partner Award (Bronze) 2024 from the North West Community Development Council.

Congratulations to Ms Zhu Xingyu (PhD candidate under Prof Eric Chan) on winning the 2nd Prize Predoctoral Poster Competition Award (Cardiovascular Pharmacology) at the ASPET 2024 Conference. She received the Travel Award to attend the conference in United States where she presented her research on CYP2J2.

Department of Pharmacy has officially been renamed as Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, effective from 1 January 2024. The name change will make the Department more attractive to prospective students, faculty candidates and researchers interested in diverse areas of pharmaceutical sciences across the continuum of drug discovery and development, in addition to clinical pharmacy and pharmacy practice.
