In our continuing effort to combat diabetes and heart diseases in Singapore, A/P Joyce Lee and her team at NUS Department of Pharmacy are excited to announce the launch of the Community Diabetes Care Programme spearheaded by our Watsons Pharmacists trained in diabetes management!

In addition to one-to-one consultations with Watsons pharmacists, the programme utilizes Health Assist, a web-based health application technology, specifically designed for the community pharmacists to tackle chronic diseases.

This programme is open to people with Type 2 Diabetes who wish to achieve and maintain even better blood sugar control and reduce risk factors for heart diseases. Those who wish to have more time spent with a healthcare professional to gain better understanding of their conditions are also encouraged to participate.

Sign up now for a 12-month individualized care plan, and get 10% discount with your doctor’s referral! Benefits include free HbA1c testing, blood glucose meter, tests strips & lancets, and preferential rates at selected dental clinics, and more.
