We are thrilled to share that Prof Paul Heng, Honorary Fellow Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science (NUS)  has received the 2025 IPEC Foundation Ralph Shangraw Memorial Award, a prestigious recognition in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. This award celebrates individuals who have made groundbreaking contributions to excipient functionality, formulation design, and industrial translation, areas where Prof Heng’s work has had a profound impact.

The Ralph Shangraw Memorial Award is presented annually by the IPEC (International Pharmaceutical Excipients Council)  Foundation to honor individuals who have made important contributions to pharmaceutical science. It recognizes breakthroughs in areas like excipient functionality, drug formulation design, and turning research into practical applications. Winners are celebrated for their scientific expertise, problem-solving skills, and influence on both academia and industry.
