#PharmacyUnited for our Pharmacy students amidst COVID-19 pandemic

Many people have been adversely affected by the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, and we recognize that some of our Pharmacy students may be experiencing financial hardships too. A Pharmacy alumnus spearheaded the idea of setting up a Covid Pharmacy United Fund (CPUF) which was hence established in April 2020. This bursary complements the University’s effort in supporting undergraduates who need financial help during the pandemic through the NUS Students Solidarity Fund by providing additional financial aid.

Over $20,000 was raised for CPUF within a short span of one week. Since April, the Fund was able to help more than 40 Pharmacy students. On behalf of the beneficiaries, we thank our donors for your kind generosity. Here are excerpts of the gratitude note from the recipients:
